What does your quality management look like?

Quality parameters
zenon records a detailed process flow, including all parameters. It then archives this information. zenon´s integrated Process Recorder can even play back a process like a media player.
Traceability
By tracing all movement of material, it is possible to trace all the steps a particular material went through and to trace in which products that material was used. This way, you avoid major losses if quality problems occur.
Reports
With zenon, your food and beverage plant quality management solution is tailored to the unique landscape of your production process. It can deliver reports based on the custom key performance indicators (KPIs) that are most important to you and provides sophisticated fault analysis. zenon can also create ready-made reports, such as those for Statistical Process Control (SPC) and alarm evaluations.
